Blogtober- Day Nineteen...... Giveaway!!!!

I don't think I've actually told you that I am a Stampin' Up! Independant Demonstrator. Basically, I sell mostly stamps and cardmaking/scrapbooking stuff from the Stampin Up Catalogue, do in house workshops and do some (but not much) teaching.
The reason I haven't really made a huge deal about it on this blog, is that this Blog was always meant just for fun and although I do have intentions of eventually having a made it or etsy shop and posting about it here, I didn't really want to bombared you with all the stuff that comes with such things. Also sometimes I make cards or papercrafts that are not entirely made up of Stampin Up Product and I wanted to keep them seperate from that.
So if you want to check out my Stampin Up Blog, "Paper, Scissors, Love" you are very welcome. I hope you get some inspiration for your own cards. And if your in Australia and want to buy the products I am more than happy to help you out.
Now onto the giveaway......
Christmas is coming up and I made  some cards to promote our latest specials.
I have made an extra set and thought you might like them to use.
You will get these five mini cards (3"x3") and envelopes and some pretty gift tags.
I am happy to post anywhere so everyone is welcome to enter.
And I have even thought of a question for you to answer.....
What is your favourite christmas colour combination or what colours are you decorating your tree this year?
I will draw a winner by names in a hat on Monday 25th of October in the evening.
Good luck,
Mel

  1. These are gorgeous :-) I'm a traditional girl at heart, so my favourite colour combo for Christmas is definitely the red and green with maybe white or cream and gold - just like these, in fact!! I do also like lilac with turquoise or hot pink with lime green or some of the other more modern combinations I've seen, but I come back to red and green every time :-)

  2. I love Christmas decorations in red and white and I'll decorate our tree with several small felt decorations I've been making, not only in red and white but also some green and burlap.
Thank you for the giveaway, your cards are beautiful!

  4. A person would be insane to not want to use that set! They are gorgeous.

As for colours, I don't mind any but there is something rich about red and cream or green and cream, even the two with cream really. Something about it just makes me feel holiday-ish.

  5. I tend to go for the traditional red, green, white and a tiny touch of gold, but this year I've been tempted by turquoise and white combinations that I've seen on blogs. That said, our Christmas decorations are likely to be pretty uninspired this year and bubs number 2 is due on 12 December!

  6. Hi Mel, You know I love purple and silver, the combination of heaven touching earth, a king born in a stable. Anyway, love the cards, hope to come and make some with you, love Mum.

  7. They're beautiful! I love card making too. I've even got my husband into it. I have a few stamps but we kind of just use whatever we have handy - ribbon, Japanese paper, cut out flowers (from tissue boxes). We usually don't even give the cards to anyone. It's just relaxing to create.
My favourite Christmas colours are silver and light blue. I would love a white Christmas tree with decorations in those colours. In the meantime, we'll stick with our traditional dark green with a mish mash of decorations, collected over many years!
    Happy Blogtoberfest!

  8. Gorgeous cards!
My favourite colours would be blue and silver, as we used tinsel in these colours to decorate the hall for our wedding (fantastic way to decorate on a budget when you buy the Christmas leftovers lol).
And the colours we decorate our tree with - whatever we have! And whatever the kids have made - it is very colourful :)

  9. What beautiful cards! I would love to send these to relatives....(or just place them on the mantel as decoration.) :)

I love using tradition reds and greens. I think they're so festive and give me such a happy, warm feeling.

Thanks for such a wonderful giveaway!
