One thing I love about kids is that they don't have preconceived notions, like we do, of colour and design.
We are taught about the colour wheel, primary, secondary, and tertiary colours and how they should go together. We sometimes over think our choices and make things a lot more difficult than needs be.
Koby on the other hand, ran down the wool isle of our local Spotlight. Picking up random colours and say " look mum. I love these colours"
And so do I.
So my tip today is if you get stuck on what colours to use in your next crafty project, grab a five or twelve year old and let them decide.
So innocent and so true! Sweet pic and post.
